What Is a CMA Report?
What's a CMA report? If you're going to sell your house, you need to know the facts. What's your home worth? I'm going to share some key points in determining just how much your home is worth.
CMA is an acronym for a comparative market analysis. This is a report created and designed for homeowners to show you what your home is worth according to the market. A quality CMA report is specifically created to look at the most comparable and recently sold homes. We look at proximity, size and age before we make adjustments for your unique features such as, additional rooms, spaces, upgrades, and garage capacity. Also taken into consideration are things like, do you have a shop, do you have a fenced yard, or maybe you have acreage, and what's the condition of your roof?
A current CMA report is helpful to have when you want to know what your home is worth, especially when you are going to refinance or list your house for sale. We use CMA reports to help sellers set the listing price for their home and also to help buyers make competitive offers on properties.
We will provide you with a free market analysis. If you want to know what your home is worth, let me know, and I'll send you a free report.
