So You Want to Sell Your Home for Top Dollar

So, you want top dollar, and you don’t want to be stressed out? You’re thinking about all the mistakes that can happen when hiring an inexperienced, unqualified or discount broker? Well then, this video series is for you. Whether you watch this one or watch them all, we're going to educate you and inform you of the secret tricks that top producing agents don't tell their competitors. There are a few simple hacks you can do when selling your home to ensure that you get maximum exposure and top dollar. My team and I have worked with hundreds of sellers over the last few decades and we've cracked the code to get you top dollar.

In this video, we are going to talk about the outside of your home. It's curb appeal. Now I'm sure you've heard this before but you have to understand the importance of it. 91% of buyers look at homes online before deciding to see the home in person. And many times buyers won't even walk through a home that doesn't look cleaned up from the outside. Your home needs to give a stellar first impression. There are a few simple tricks that can save you money and actually maximize the return on your investment at the same time.

Here's an example: Utilize beauty bark and add a few flowers or plants for a pop of color. It can turn that old trim from frumpy to fabulous. Maybe you're wondering if the outside needs any face. Have you considered painting the door and trim? Many times that alone can spruce up the outer appearance and make the entire home look like it has a brand new paint job. Plus, it can save you a lot of money just doing the doors and trim. And right before pictures, be sure to water down the concrete or pavement as it will enhance the photos and make the home pop even more. Also, be sure to turn up the trees, landscaping and rose bushes. If you have so many trees that it hides the home, you're losing buyers. Lastly, be sure that all of your exterior lights are working and the home is well lit at night.

We've got so many more tricks to show you to ensure that once you get a buyer to see your home, they're more likely to want to write an offer on it. Be sure to call us and we will make it happen. To get started, go to LyneaCarver.com
